Michael J Moritz Jr produces and mixes new Orfeh & Andy Karl album

Broadway Records has released a new installment in the "Feinstein's/54 Below" series. This new album features a Broadway couple that has starred alongside each other on more than one occasion. Michael J Moritz Jr has produced and mixed Legally Bound, a record that includes a mix of Broadway, Motown, and soul tunes from the talented couple. 

Orfeh and Andy Karl met while working on Saturday Night Fever, then starred opposite each other in Legally Blonde, which saw Orfeh nominated for a Tony Award. Andy Karl has been nominated for a Tony Award multiple times, including his work for Rocky, On the Twentieth Century, and Groundhog Day.

On February 13th, Tonya & Nancy: The Rock Opera had its 54 Below concert debut. The musical, with book and lyrics by Elizabeth Searle and music by Michael Teoli, featured Ashley Spencer, Lauren Worsham (A Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder), and Nancy Opel (Urinetown, Toxic Avenger). Michael J. Moritz Jr. provided music supervision.
